DGA were employed to establish and develop the Contractor’s final account on six separate projects following termination and arbitration proceedings.

DGA represented the client within the arbitration under Dubai Courts jurisdiction and eventually DGA’s work led to a successfully settlement agreement being reached with the other contracting parties.
