David founded DGA Group in 1993 to provide contractual, commercial and programming support services to clients in the construction industry.
David has also trained as an adjudicator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has completed the Bond Solon series of Expert Witness training courses in conjunction with the RICS. David's background is heavy civil engineering having worked on major road, tunnelling and rail projects both in the UK and internationally.
He has substantial experience in Adjudication, Arbitration and Litigation acting as advocate in managing the preparation of the client's case covering principle, quantum and time. He has undertaken many appointments as Expert witness on quantum issues on major infrastructure projects both in the UK and internationally and has been cross-examined.
His services are keenly sought after by multinational contractors and clients alike.
