Dispute relating to renovation; refurbishment and extension of a Grade1/2 landmark Listed Building in central London. Written and oral testimony provided, including in cross-examination.

Mark is Director of project risk advisory services at DGA responsible for service delivery throughout the West Midlands, South West and South Wales region of the UK.
Mark has more than 30 years of construction industry experience, across all sectors of the built-environment both in the UK and overseas, particularly the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he has represented both Contractors and Key Stakeholders in providing effective contract and commercial management services as well as conflict avoidance and dispute management advice.
As an RICS Accredited Expert Witness, Mark has considerable experience in preparing and delivering Expert opinion on matters of quantum both through a written report and oral testimony on which he has been cross-examined on a number of occasions. He also works closely with Clients and their legal representatives in compiling evidence and document preparation for referral to Adjudication, Arbitration and Mediation.
