- Appointed as CPR Part 35 quantum expert in a dispute between Employer and Contractor on a housing improvements scheme in Sheffield and also between a Demolition Subcontractor and Main Contractor on a retail redevelopment in Sheffield City Council.
- Selected as Quantum Expert on a breakwater construction contract in Aberdeen relating to the time and cost impacts arising from compensation events under an NEC3 Contract.
- Acted as Expert to provide opinion on standard of skill in care in contract administration carried out on major food processing plant project in Cornwall.

Drawing from a wide range of experience covering the majority of industry sectors, Stuart is a problem solver and has developed specialist skills in the fields of insolvency; due diligence relating to mergers and acquisitions; contract administration; project audits and insurance losses including professional indemnity. He has been involved in various forms of formal dispute resolution and has completed the Bond Solon series of Expert Witness training courses.
He is an Adjudicator holding the RICS Diploma in Construction Adjudication and a member of the RICS Panel.
