As an Associate Director and Regional Manager Anel specialises in planning, programming and forensic delay analysis to clients in South East Asia, advising clients on complex disputes as a result of delay or disruption on Construction and Engineering projects.
His experience is diverse across the Construction industry including; heavy civil engineering, highways, railway, hospitals, education, casino's, private residential buildings, leisure, commercial office and large mixed-use developments.
Through the experience, Anel has gained at an international level in engineering and project management roles, his skills are widely sought after by clients including his ability to work in a logical and hands on manner.
Anel is fully conversant with all methods of delay analysis and is able to manage his client's expectations by implementing bespoke solutions that meet their goals and objective across all sectors of the industry and throughout all stages of the construction process.
In his spare time, Anel is actively engaged in industry bodies, being a council member for the Society of Construction Law (SCL) Hong Kong Branch and a Committee member for The British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong Construction Industry Group.
