Joe joined DGA Group on the opening of the Singapore office in 2015 as Country Manager, reporting directly to David Gibson, CEO. Alongside working for individual clients, he is responsible for overseeing the running of the ten strong office based team and is continually looking to expand the services locally and to the wider Asian market.
Joe is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and professional member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers. He has more than 40 years’ practical experience and extensive professional knowledge in commercial and bid management on various types of large-scale complex projects in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. He is therefore very familiar with the Asian construction market and has developed over time an excellent reputation within the industry.
