Rachel joined DGA Group in 2008 as Directors PA and HR Manager, having worked previously with Jim Bourke and Phil Crow for over 15 years at another UK based consultancy.
As an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Rachel uses her many skills to fulfil day to day responsibilities which include Group wide HR, recruitment and staff welfare. Additionally, she was appointed to Company Secretary in January 2016.
Rachel ensures she keeps her knowledge of the rules and regulations with regard to personnel and company matters up to date by attending many related workshops and lectures.
