Scott is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Solicitor (currently non-practising) with over 28 years in construction & engineering. Following years in commercial management for contractors and a director of consulting, he qualified as a Solicitor and took up roles with a London law firm and then as Legal Counsel/Commercial Director for an international contractor.
Now as a Director at DGA Scott is regularly provides contractors training, advice on and assistance with contracts/ claims; and is appointed as Quantum Expert Witness or Party Representative in Adjudication.
Dominic Keene

Dominic is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a background of working in main contracting and subcontractor organisations. In recent years, Dominic has been extensively involved in the provision of Expert Witness and claims services in connection with major building and engineering disputes, both in the UK and internationally.
