Desired Skills and Experience
A minimum of 8 years relevant experience required. Proven skills in valuing variations, preparing direct cost or delay and disruption claims and the ability to present these additional costs within a final account or as stand-alone claims documents is essential. General commercial and subcontractor procurement and management experience are also desirable.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
Professionally qualified in quantity surveying or other construction cost management related degree to an appropriate level with a recognised construction institution preferred.
