Richard is a quantity surveyor who is a Fellow of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Construction Law, the International Construction Law Association and King’s College Construction Law Association.
Richard is a Board Director at DGA (UK) Limited based in London. He has 40 years of experience in the construction industry representing both Employers and Contractors in the building, civil and infrastructure sectors.

Richard has formidable commercial and strategic skills from project inception through to completion of final account and asset disposal. Between 1999 and 2005 Richard was Founder and Managing Director of a construction management company involved in all aspects of mixed use and prime residential development in London. The experience gained has proven invaluable in his career progression and subsequent commissions.
Richard has vast experience in the preparation and defence of construction-related disputes and has prepared numerous Expert reports and provided written and/or oral evidence in all formal dispute forums.
