- Instructed by a local legal firm in Dubai to provide quantum expert evidence in arbitration (memorial) proceedings in respect of a dispute in Dubai in the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
- Instructed by an international legal firm to provide quantum expert evidence in arbitration proceedings in respect of an international dispute in Asia and gave evidence under cross-examination in the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes in Washington D.C., USA.
- Since September 2019, Tim manages the DGA office in Dubai which provides independent and expert reports on delay and quantum matters in construction and engineering projects to our Clients in the Middle East. He has an active role in the management and delivery of all appointments carried out in the office

Tim is a highly motivated individual who thrives on the many challenges presented in the delivery of construction projects. He is a trained quantity surveyor with 30+ years’ experience of delivering major projects in the USA, UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
He has delivered hands on services on programmes and projects of varying size and complexity from minor to major and has substantial experience in the procurement and delivery of major projects and programmes of work in the construction and engineering sectors.
Tim is passionate about the basic principles of project delivery linked to enhanced IT implementation and constantly seeks to promote better ways of working at all levels across the construction and engineering sectors.
