We were requested to survey both 3 Vanguard Wharf and 1 Vanguard Wharf, Lytham following major ingress of water and wind to these high spec. houses situated in a very exposed location on the coast and to submit costed expert reports on rectification. We subcontracted the liability report to a firm of local building surveyors. Following submission of the reports we attended a mediation with the Contractor where a resolution was reached.
